[A bit of prodding and device-inspecting and very displeased grunts and mumbles finally bring Vexen's face into view. And boy does he look angry.]

Who's brilliant idea was it to have me teleported to such a place as this?! Xigbar, if you teamed up with Axel and this is another one of your pranks, I will not have it! So help me, once the Superior finds out about this...

[He takes a breath, using the additional few seconds to inspect his surroundings. His face goes from 'intrigued' to 'annoyed' to 'curious' to glaring at the device again.] And if this is not one of Xigbar's foolish shenanigans, then will someone kindly explain to me which world this is? And that... that ridiculous woman in there?

[In his moment of frustration, he accidentally drops the device. As it falls into the snow, the clunking of the backpack soon follows, and Vexen just grumbles even more.]

The nerve of them...

Honestly! She's younger than I am, how could she be my mother?! I just need to return before the Superior--

[There's a long, long moment of silence. The slow, sinking realization that he was definitely exploded finally sinks in. Once he grabs the device, he just clicks it off.]

This is the world of Pokemon -- it takes all our powers and abilities, traps us here, and gives us monster-like allies to fight. And... we're all trapped for now. Any other questions?

[Vexen's just staring.]

...Do you need me to repeat it? [Raz. Not everybody can adapt to leaving their world forever that quickly.]

No. Start with all of the details first before unnecessarily repeating yourself.

First off, what took our powers and abilities and trapped us here? Second... what monsters? Third... trapped how?

[For a few moments, Raz thinks over what Vexen said. Hmm... how to put this to a newcomer? He smiles a little, before going straight into explaining. Though, he's trying to look a bit serious. As the anti-kidnapping expert of the Psychonauts, he should know how to do this by heart.]
...I'm still trying to find who took our powers and/or trapped us. From what I've gathered, the person -- or people, or even creature -- wanna remain mysterious.

And as for the monsters -- come on over, R! You too, C! [And in the camera (Which, I may point out, is being levitated by a Hypno and panned over to the two of the Pokemn he called to), appears a very serious Gardevoir. (male gardevoir.) And a grinning Charmeleon. The two of them have goggles on. ] There's heaps of these creatures around the world -- they're called Pokemon. Everybody's obsessed with them -- I mean, they named their world after them! And you should have been given one too -- they come in a red-and-white ball.

[It pans back to Raz after that little bit is finished.] ...And how we're trapped? Without powers, and without any clues to get home... well, I've also been looking for clues to get home. And I've found nothing yet. Except that sometimes, people go into comas and from what I've heard and experienced, either they get astrally projected home for a period of time... or we're the astral projections. [Raz has been thinking about this, and the facts add up. For him.] Whatever the case, unless the mysterious kidnappers decide they're bored with us, we're trapped here.

[Trapped mysteriously, world of Johto, weird creatures, red-and-white ball... Vexen looks more and more displeased as the explanation continues.]

That... Hn.

[He's actually been rendered speechless. Good going.]

It's not the best situation, I know. [Raz said, frowning.] But as the official Anti-Kidnapping Expert [no srsly] of the Psychonauts, I'm going to solve this.

Anyway, what's your name? I'm Razputin, but everybody calls me Raz.

And what, pray tell, are the Psychonauts? [He's getting suspicious of you, Raz. His eyebrow raised.]

I'm Vexen, the fourth member of Organization XIII. [Self-importance get.]

[And, he clears his throat, ready for this explanation.] The Psychonauts are a group of psychic warriors -- going into peoples heads, and saving them from their mental problems, as well as traveling the world and doing other psychic-related things liking saving brains from evil coaches, and I was heading off to save the Head Psychonaut before I came back. We're kind of like the FBI, if they were psychics and awesome. I mean, if your world had the FBI.

...And what's the Organization XIII? I bet it isn't as cool as the Psychonauts.

It would be safe to assume that my world lacks this 'FBI' you speak of, seeing as I've never heard of it.

As for Organization XIII... we serve a much different purpose, regarding the study of the strength of a person's heart.

[Though his eyes dart around for a moment, partly surveying his surroundings, and partly avoiding potential eye contact. He can't give away too many details just yet. After all, Vexen has a problem with running his mouth, so it's rare when he does catch himself.]

Though I doubt this is the time or the place to discuss each other's professions. Would you by chance know where I can find a shelter for the night?

Right! People might be listening out there -- bad guys and the such.
[Oh, Raz. Why are you being so... friendly to Vexen?]
Shelter... I kinda don't know. To be honest, I started somewhere different then you, Vexen. My place didn't have a fake-mum, but it was a lot more dangerous. But... I'd advise camping out, for now. [He then turns to his Charmeleon, focusing for a tiny bit.] Yeah, camping out is best. It's not too dangerous in this place, after all.

Camping? This will prove to be quite... interesting.

What's wrong, haven't gone camping before?

I had better things to do than outdoor recreational activities.
